I bought this product because I was low on facial mists and I was certain that Alpha-H would do a good one. Plus I'd seen some raving reviews of this mist so I thought I couldn't go wrong, and it only cost around $16 so it looked like a good deal.
Unfortunately I don't think this is a great product and I've used much better from this brand. I'm surprised the product has such great reviews and also surprised that everyone talks about how hydrating it is: if anything, I've found it to be quite drying. Makes me wonder if I got a bung product!

Verdict
I've used quite a few facial mists over time - some amazing and some dreadful - because mists are staples for me and I can't do without one, especially in summer.
This one falls somewhere in between. It's not dreadful but it's not amazing either - unlike most Alpha-H products I've tried, which are usually sensational - and while it doesn't irritate my skin like some mists have done, it doesn't hydrate or brighten it well either. If anything, it's a little drying.
Do note that my skin is dry and sensitive, so products containing witch hazel don't always hit the mark for me. I think that's why I don't love this product, so be aware of that if you have sensitive skin.
It has a faint herbal smell that I can't place, and when I spray it on it has a tightening effect and sometimes stings a little so my skin obviously doesn't love it. I'm also aware of it on my face (I think because it's tightening) and that's not what I want from a face mist: I want something that vanishes into the skin and plumps it up, and this product doesn't do that.
I don't think it generally meets its claims and it's not one I would buy again, although I am wondering if my bottle was old when I received it because so many people have raved about this product, so maybe I got a bad one. I'm not planning on buying another one to find out because I've used better mists and would rather stick with what's tried and tested.
Overall, this isn't a bad product but I'd expected more from Alpha-H and it's not one I would recommend.
