I received this body cream in Marie Claire's Ageless Parcel (reviewed here). I was pleased to see it because I'm low on body moisturisers and I also liked the last Jergens body cream we received.
This is a popular cream overseas and I can see why - it's hydrating and not too expensive - so it's definitely one I would consider buying in future.
- Deeply conditions dry, dull skin to reveal a look that's luminous and three times as radiant
- Restores skin's luminosity and enhances sheen

- Absorbs quickly and leaves skin with a light, fresh scent and no greasy feel
- Best for dull, dry skin
- RRP $7.99 AUD for 250ml, but do shop around
Verdict
I'm glad I've tried this and it's gone on the list of potential purchases for when I run out of body lotion.
It's a beautifully creamy product with a light and fresh shea butter scent that's not overpowering. I would test this first if you don't like fragranced products because the scent is noticeable, but it's not too strong and it's one of the things I like about the product.
I also like that it's super nourishing and hydrating, but it doesn't feel too heavy or leave you with a slick residue. It also absorbs and spreads well so a little goes a long way and you don't need to work too hard to get the product to sink in.
On the claims: yes it conditions dry and dull skin; yes it replenishes moisture and yes it absorbs quickly and leaves no greasy feel. I haven't noticed any extra radiance or luminosity, but my skin does look and feel more nourished after use so maybe that's what Jergens is getting at with the radiance claim.
I have nothing bad to say about this product and it's one I recommend. I'll definitely be buying this in future because it agrees with my dry skin and it doesn't cost the earth.
Love.
