This is the last product from this little trial kit that I have left to review. It's the last product because I use masks less often than I do the other products in this kit, and also because I've been trying it out in different ways to see if I can get it to work for me (which unfortunately I can't).

Verdict

This is the only product in this kit that I don't like and that doesn't work for my skin. I'm quite hard to please when it comes to face masks because most of them don't seem to do that much, other than make my skin look a bit nicer after use, and this one is no exception. Indeed, I don't think it even has the temporary brightening effect that many masks have, and if anything my skin looks a bit duller after use.

It's a pale coloured product that's lightweight and quite thin in consistency. You can barely see it when it's on, and when it dries it isn't uncomfortable like some masks can be, so that's a plus. Another plus is that it doesn't have the same pungent and (to me) terrible smell that the toner and day lotion have: all it has is a faint, inoffensive and herbal scent that probably wouldn't bother most people.

I've tried this mask both as a standard face mask and also as an overnight spot treatment. Unfortunately I didn't notice any benefit to my face via either method, although I have seen some reviewers say that it's excellent as a spot treatment (and not so much as a mask), so it may be that I don't have the right 'kind' of blemishes for this to be effective (I tend to get blackheads more than anything else).

I think if you had red, swollen blemishes then this mask might work for you: I've noticed with all the Suki products in this kit that they have some impact on redness and swelling, so that might be why I'm not getting any love from this mask.

I've really noticed an improvement in my skin from using the Suki kit - my face has cleared up and looks more even in tone, plus the redness around my nose isn't as bad - but I'm pretty sure that this mask hasn't had anything to do with that. The other products in the kit are great and I can see the difference those create, but this one doesn't do anything for my skin. I don't notice any difference in how it looks or feels afterwards and, as mentioned, if anything my skin doesn't look as good after use.

Obviously I'm no fan of this product and I don't think it lives up to its claims, although I've seen plenty of people rave about it so of course it all comes down to personal opinion.

Low marks from me I'm afraid.
