We received this sample cleanser in March's Violet Box, which is turning out to be one of the better boxes I've received from VB. I've tried four of the five products so far and have liked them all - this one included.


Bioderma claims/product details:

• A daily cleansing gel that thoroughly cleanses combination to oily, acne-prone skin
• Suitable for even the most sensitive skin
• Purifies skin with a mix of zinc and copper sulphates that give a natural blue colour to the product
• Creamy and foamy texture
• Can also be used by men as a shaving cream
• Free of soap, alcohol and parabens
• Hypoallergenic and non-comedogenic
• RRP $24.95 for 250ml

Verdict

I've tried two Bioderma products before and haven't liked them, so I'm glad I've tried this and had a good experience with it: I know lots of lasses who love the brand and I was wondering why the products just didn't work for me. I think it may be because they're too gentle and light (I prefer 'rougher' cleansers and heavier creams), and therefore don't feel like they're doing much. But this one does, so that's a plus.

I like this but wouldn't buy it because I prefer other products over this one.
