Nude by Nature Moisture Infusion Lipgloss in 01 Bare - review and swatches

This gloss was kindly sent to me for review, and I've spent the last few weeks testing it.
While I do think it's a good product, do note that I'm about to finish it as we speak - so I've burned through the entire 3.75ml in only a few weeks.
Sure, I'm a chronic re-applier so that's expected, but I've never burned through an entire full-sized gloss that quickly. It obviously doesn't last well and, in my opinion, doesn't contain enough product. Still, I do like it so it's not all bad.
Also worth noting is that, while Nude by Nature has never worked well for me as a brand, this particular gloss does so that's something to keep in mind.
So if like me you've found that Nude by Nature's face products (eg foundations and primers) don't suit your skin, I wouldn't automatically rule out this gloss because I've enjoyed mine.

Also note that, Nude by Nature is a natural brand and it's also cruelty free; see its website for more information.
Nude by Nature claims/product details:
- A lipgloss that enhances lips with vibrant glossy colour and weightless shine
- Formulated with unique moisturising microspheres to help repair, smooth and plump the lips for a naturally voluminous look
- The non-sticky texture is infused with active natural ingredients including nourishing shea butter, vitamin e and native Australian kakadu plum to help provide antioxidant defence
- Easy to use applicator
- RRP $21.95 AUD for 3.75ml, but do shop around

My bare lips for reference:
Verdict
I do like this gloss and I recommend it, although as mentioned above, you only get 3.75ml in these so it's the smallest full-sized lip gloss I've ever owned - and for this reason, I don't think it's great value.
Still, it's a good product and if you don't get through lip glosses quickly then it may be worth buying one when Priceline has one of its big sales (I definitely wouldn't pay full price for one of these).
The packaging is well done so you feel like you're using something fancy, and I like that the applicator is a bit longer and thinner than normal - I find this suits me because I can get a more precise application.
Plus I like that the applicator almost reaches the bottom of the tube (very unusual, in my experience), which means I don't have a large chunk of gloss that I can't reach sitting at the bottom.
The product itself is lovely, too. It has a sweet scent that isn't overpowering so it's not too much. It's also nicely hydrating and it's not sticky so it's very comfortable to wear.
Note, though, that the complete absence of any stickiness does mean that it comes off the lips very easily - so I need to reapply it more than I do most other lip glosses. This aspect, coupled with the small amount of product you receive, is no doubt why I've finished mine so quickly.
It also has a slight plumping effect so it makes my lips look more full, but the shade I'm testing (Bare, a nude pink with some shimmer) does contain sparkle that can emphasise lip texture in some lights. Mind you, it's not terrible and I'm sure that a sparkle-free shade would avoid that issue altogether.
Overall I think this is a nice gloss that generally meets its claims and I do recommend it in theory, but in practice if I'm going to finish one within three weeks, then the outlay isn't worth it for me personally - even if I can buy it for half-price.
Still, it's worth trying and I've enjoyed mine.
Not only is the packaging well done (so you feel like you're using something that's a bit fancy), but the product itself is lovely. It has a sweet scent that isn't too much so it's not overpowering. The gloss applies and sits well on the lips, and it feels nicely hydrating without feeling heavy so it's comfortable to wear.Nude by Nature as a brand, I'm impressed with this gloss and I recommend it.

It wears fine for a gloss (although it will transfer onto my coffee cup, but that's expected for a product like this), and I also really like the applicator - which is a bit longer and slimmer than usual.
Definitely worth trying. I would buy one of these, although I would certainly wait for sales because it's not that cheap for a pharmacy produc
While overall I haven't had a huge amount of luck with Nude by Nature as a brand, I'm impressed with this gloss and I recommend it.
